I run into two primary groups of people.
Group 1 - people that have heard about Sandler Training.
Group 2 – people who have never heard of Sandler.

Group 1 can be broken down to
Group 1A – have heard of Sandler but don’t know much about it.
Group 1B – knows about Sandler and has drunk the Cool-Aid.

In a few short words, I am going to attempt to describe to folks in Group 1A and Group 2 what Sandler Training is all about.

The world revolves around processes. It is everywhere you turn, it is part of our lifestyle. There is a process for brushing your teeth. There is a process for washing your clothes. There is a process for driving a car. There is a process for our government. There is a process for cooking your food... You get the picture. Each of these processes has a set of sequential steps that we follow in order to complete the task at hand. The benefit of having these processes is endless. They provide clarity, confidence, predictability, consistency, repeatability, guidance, and in most cases, they are proven to work, which is why we do them. Without them, we would live in a frantic, chaotic, and unpredictable world.

So what is Sandler Training? In its simplest form, it is a process, but more importantly, it is a lifestyle. Sandler Training originated as a sales training organization, but when you think about it, we are all in sales. Sales is nothing more than two people or groups communicating with each other. When you look at the fact that our lives are surrounded by processes to survive, there is very little process around how we communicate, which can be frustrating, chaotic and unpredictable. Sandler provides that process for how we communicate in the business world to give us the confidence and clarity we have everywhere else. As for calling it a lifestyle, we spend 70% of our day communicating, so naturally these skills and processes transfer over into our personal life. The impact it has had on my ability to communicate with friends and family (especially my wife & kids) has been amazing. I only wish I would have known about it sooner.

So, in case you were wondering, that is what Sandler Training is all about… generally speaking. Think about how many different ways we communicate, the impact our roles have in our business and the benefits to doing it better. There is obviously so much more to it that I would love to talk to you about. Contact me if you’re ready to take a dive into a new process and lifestyle.
